This has many ways for kids to get support, including text, phone, and live chat options.


This site has 24 hour/day support by phone and online chat for all ages. It is specific to Indigenous people and has counsellors with cultural awareness.

Alberta Health Services Portal. This site has many different services to support people in need, from addiction support to Indigenous-specific support and everything in between.
